About

Max Higgins is an aspiring PR student with a strong communication strategy and marketing foundation. He’s currently a senior at the University of Oregon and plans to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration. His academic backgrounds include Business Analytics, Communication Law, and Writing for Communicators. He has a GPA of 3.5 and has been on the dean’s list for two years. This coursework has prepared him for a versatile career in PR and marketing in the corporate field.

He recently gained experience through a Marketing and PR internship at Healthy Metal, where he led customer-segmented email campaigns and executed a comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaign promoting wellness products. This work gave him hands-on experience with competitor analysis, social media strategy, and influencer onboarding, showcasing how he can apply his college courses to corporate work. He also brings his experience from Gateway, where it was necessary to be adept at video production and interviewing.

His leadership skills are a key reason to the success he had managing internal growth and recruitment in his fraternity work. He also advocates for the American Lung Association where he organized fundraising through his youth leadership position. With a strong leadership drive, communication skills and technical work, Max is ecstatic to be joining the workforce on the front lines of PR strategies that push for engagement and brand growth. add another page.
